Summary: Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials, Tohoku University “Materials-Measurement Hybrid Research Center” was established in 2021. The center aims to promote the development and applied research of new functional polymer materials and organic-inorganic hybrid nanomaterials by conducting materials development research based on the science of material creation and measurement evaluation, and to develop new measurement technologies and their fusion research in collaboration with the needs of materials development. The symposium will report on recent research results from each research field of the center and invite invited speakers from related fields.
