We have demonstrated realization of a platform for EV capture and simultaneous differentiation and proliferation of dendritic cells (DCs). And, we have reproduced a series of on-site immune processes which are among the pivotal immune functions of DCs, and include such processes as antigen uptake, antigen presentation, and endocytosis of cancer-derived EVs.
